The Smithsonian Museum on Main Street exhibit will be up featuring, Crossroads: Change in Rural America. A walkthrough of the exhibit with a discussion of a local component – Lewiston at the Crossroads: Rails, Rivers & Roads.
Tour of the galleries with ‘all WOMEN’ art exhibit, featuring the works of over a dozen women from the Pacific Northwest.
Time permitting, a small tour of the Beuk Aie Temple.
Additional information presented on Community Education (non-credit classes), Kids College, Art Under the Elms & the Dogwood Festival.
Parking at the Center for Arts & Histroy
- Street parking-Three hour limit is only in place until 6:00 PM
- Municipal lot- Directly west of (behind) the library and north of the Center. Free and unlimited parking. There is a sign that reads 'Historic District Public Parking'
- Avoid parking in any 5th Street lots, as they are both private (Tribune, Library and/or Town Squre)- and they tow.
