WA Basic 48H- Apprenticeship
LC STATE WA BASIC for ELECTRICAL
To All LCSC Electrical Apprentice Students
If you have:
1) passed (final accumulative % grade of 70% or greater) your year of instruction in whatever electrical year you studied and
2) hold a valid Washington Basic Card, you are eligible to get all 48 hours of CEU's for Washington.
If you are in need of these Washington CEU's, you must sign up for this class with LCSC Workforce Training. It is only for our Idaho students who also hold Washington Basic Cards. It is set up as a class with Washington L and I, much like the process for (8) hour WA Basic classes. Registration will begin next Monday, April 27, 2020 and remain open to May 31, 2020. Please keep in mind that this current 48 hour class expires with WA L and I in September of 2020. There is no guarantee L & I will renew it.
Also, please keep in mind that the LCSC Workforce Training facility is closed due to the covid-19 virus. Registration staff is working from home, though are set up to handle all registrations via the phone or online. The possible slowdown may be from the time you register to the day you are entered into the WA L and I database. The lag time will be no longer than 7 business days. Years 2 - 4 students should be aware of this opportunity from prior years, but for Year 1 students, this may be new.
Very Important - If you hold a WA Basic Card and need these CEU's, register now, do not wait past the May deadline.
